You are an experienced Certified Stellantis technician with a strong background in diagnosing and repairing vehicles. You have hands-on experience with engine and powertrain repairs, as well as transmission and diesel repairs. Your attention to detail ensures that every vehicle meets high standards before it reaches the customer. You understand the importance of delivering quality service and are committed to providing a no-hassle car buying experience. What you'll do
In this role, you will diagnose customer concerns and perform the necessary repairs on vehicles. Your responsibilities will include engine and powertrain repairs, transmission repairs, and handling warranty and recall repairs. You will work in a full-service repair facility, ensuring that customer-pay and warranty repairs are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be involved in module programming and addressing drivability issues, ensuring that every vehicle is in optimal condition before it is returned to the customer. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining the dealership's reputation for quality and reliability.
