You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience — you understand the intricacies of accessing panels and utilizing glue-pulling techniques to repair smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the business, including working mandatory overtime when necessary.

You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle you repair meets high standards of quality. You are comfortable using state-of-the-art tools and technology in a high-tech inspection center, and you are eager to continue developing your skills through training programs offered by Carvana.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level PDR Technician, you will be responsible for performing paintless dent repairs on a variety of vehicles. You will access panels and apply glue-pulling techniques to effectively repair dents, ensuring that the vehicles are returned to their original condition. You will work closely with your team to maintain a smooth workflow and meet customer expectations for timely vehicle delivery.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and staff to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
