What you'll do

As the Auto Refinish Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Inspection Center, ensuring that vehicles are inspected and reconditioned to meet Carvana's standards. You will oversee the movement of cars into and out of the center, coordinating repairs and ensuring that production goals are met consistently. Your role will involve monitoring inventory production on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.

You will engage with your team regularly, providing coaching and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated to perform at their best. You will also be responsible for reporting on production metrics and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless operation.
