What you'll do
As the Body Shop Team Lead at Carvana, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Inspection Center. You will oversee the movement of vehicles into and out of the center, ensuring that all repairs are conducted safely and efficiently. Meeting or exceeding production and quality goals will be a key focus of your role. You will engage with your team regularly, providing coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance.
