You have at least 1 year of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company like Carvana. You are comfortable performing light maintenance and repairs, including changing brakes and tires, and have a basic understanding of mechanical repairs for brake pads, calipers, rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the business's needs, including working mandatory overtime when required.

What you'll do

As a Brake & Tire Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles. You will change brakes and tires, ensuring that all work meets safety and quality standards. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Additionally, you will participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and career progression within the company. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to ensure that all vehicles are in optimal condition before delivery.
