You have experience in managing teams and overseeing operations in a mechanical or automotive environment — you understand the importance of quality control and production efficiency in vehicle reconditioning. Your leadership style is hands-on, and you enjoy coaching and developing team members to achieve their best performance. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards in vehicle inspections and repairs.

What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all repairs are conducted safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding inventory production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Overseeing the day-to-day activities of your assigned team will be crucial, as you will need to identify areas of opportunity and implement appropriate steps for improvement.
You will engage with your team regularly, providing coaching and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their targets. Your role will involve monitoring production metrics and quality standards, ensuring that every vehicle meets Carvana's rigorous inspection process. You will also collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance the overall efficiency of the Inspection Center.
