Overview

Carvana is hiring a Mid-Level Automotive Parts Associate to manage inventory and source automotive parts. This role requires a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive parts experience.

Who you are

You have at least 6 months of professional automotive parts experience, which has equipped you with the knowledge to effectively manage inventory and source complex automotive parts. Your communication skills allow you to interact seamlessly with dealers and suppliers, ensuring that all parts are sourced and ordered efficiently. You understand the importance of managing parts returns and general inventory, and you are detail-oriented in reconciling and recording payments for parts. You are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to Carvana's mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Parts Associate at Carvana, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of automotive parts, which includes sourcing and ordering complex parts as needed. You will handle parts returns and maintain general inventory, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date. Your role will involve communicating with dealers and suppliers to facilitate the procurement of parts, as well as managing the reconciliation and recording of payments for these parts. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the inspection center.

What we offer

At Carvana, you will receive a competitive wage starting at $17.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $19.00 per hour based on your experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes 100% company-paid healthcare premiums, generous paid time off, and a vehicle purchase discount. Our first shift operates Monday through Friday from 6 am to 3 pm, and while we strive to maintain a balanced schedule, mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs.
