You have proven experience leading cross-functionally in complex operational environments, demonstrating strong prioritization, problem-solving, and executive communication skills. You are passionate about operational clarity and measurable standards, ensuring consistent performance across the organization.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with project management methodologies would be advantageous. A background in process documentation and governance is also a plus, as is the ability to identify operational gaps and design scalable solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define, document, and govern end-to-end Market Operations processes across all core operational domains. You will build and maintain a centralized process library, including standard operating procedures, swimlanes, escalation paths, and performance standards. Your focus will be on designing operating models that align customer experience with compliance and field execution realities. You will measure process performance using data and stakeholder feedback, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will lead and develop a team of Project Specialists, Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers, ensuring high-quality execution of strategic initiatives across the network. You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders across Product, Legal, Network Operations, Training, Compliance, and Field Operations to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
