Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 6 months of professional automotive parts experience and are eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment at Carvana. Your background in managing automotive parts will help you excel in this role, where attention to detail and effective communication with dealers and suppliers are crucial. You understand the importance of inventory management and are ready to take on responsibilities that include sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts. You are comfortable with managing parts returns and general inventory, ensuring that all processes run smoothly.
You possess a valid driverβs license and can read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. Your ability to work in a team and adapt to changing business needs will be essential as you navigate the demands of this position. You are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to engage in mandatory overtime when necessary.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Level Parts Associate at Carvana, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of automotive parts. This includes sourcing and ordering complex parts, managing returns, and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels. You will communicate regularly with dealers and suppliers to ensure that all parts are available when needed. Your role will also involve reconciling and recording payments for parts, which requires a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to support your work.
You will be part of a team that values collaboration and efficiency, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of Carvana as the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history.
