You will manage a team of Customer Advocates, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our customers. Your role will involve juggling multiple projects, from coordinating vehicle deliveries to optimizing hub processes for efficiency. You will also be tasked with mentoring team members, helping them grow in their roles and fostering a positive team culture. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
