What you'll do

As the Team Lead in Market Operations, you will be responsible for running the local Carvana hub, overseeing all operational aspects from market launch to daily operations. You will manage a team of Customer Advocates, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our customers. Your role will involve juggling multiple projects, from coordinating vehicle deliveries to optimizing hub processes for efficiency. You will also be tasked with mentoring team members, helping them grow in their roles and fostering a positive team culture.
