What you'll do

As the Team Lead in Market Operations, you will be responsible for running the local Carvana hub, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that all processes are executed smoothly. You will lead a team of Customer Advocates, providing guidance and support as they deliver vehicles to customers and manage the hub's logistics. Your role will involve market launches, where you will strategize and implement plans to ensure successful operations in new areas.

You will also be tasked with monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence. You will collaborate with other departments to align strategies and share insights that drive the company's mission forward.
