What you'll do

As the Team Lead in Market Operations, you will be responsible for managing the local Carvana hub, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that all processes align with the company's mission of customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of Customer Advocates, providing guidance and support as they deliver vehicles to customers and assist with the purchasing process. Your role will involve coordinating market launches and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and innovation among team members.
