What you'll do

As the Team Lead in Market Operations, you will be responsible for running the local Carvana hub, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently. You will lead a team of Customer Advocates, providing guidance and support as they deliver exceptional service to our customers. Your role will involve managing market launches, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that all team members are equipped to meet customer needs.
