You are a skilled handyman with experience in property maintenance and repair. You are reliable and professional, with a friendly demeanor that makes homeowners feel comfortable. You are comfortable performing basic handyman tasks, including electrical and plumbing work, and you take pride in your attention to detail. You understand the importance of proactive maintenance and are committed to keeping homes running smoothly. You are adaptable and willing to take on various property management tasks as needed.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for proactive maintenance of major appliances and home systems, ensuring they are maintained on an established schedule. This includes tasks such as replacing filters and checking batteries. You will also handle home repairs, which may involve mounting artwork, patching drywall, and adjusting fixtures. Basic electrical and plumbing tasks will be part of your responsibilities, including installing light fixtures and troubleshooting outlets. Additionally, you will assist with other property management tasks, such as picking up packages and taking in mail while homeowners are away.
