You have experience in handyman work or property maintenance, demonstrating reliability and a friendly demeanor. You are comfortable performing basic electrical and plumbing tasks, such as installing light fixtures and troubleshooting outlets. Your attention to detail ensures that your work, whether it's patching drywall or adjusting fixtures, meets high standards. You understand the importance of proactive maintenance, keeping major appliances and home systems running smoothly. You are organized and can manage your schedule effectively, allowing you to focus on the tasks at hand. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to enhance the homeowner experience.
What you'll do
As a Skilled Residential Handyman at Casa, you will be responsible for proactive maintenance of home systems, including replacing filters and checking batteries on an established schedule. You will handle various home repairs, from mounting artwork to touch-up painting and adjusting fixtures. Your role will also involve basic electrical and plumbing tasks, such as installing light fixtures and clearing clogged drains. Additionally, you will assist with other property management tasks, like picking up packages and taking in mail while homeowners are away.
