What you'll do

In your role as a Student Assistant Solution Author, you will play a central role in implementing new features and updates in Caseware's cloud accounting solution, "Cloud Regnskab." You will work closely with the development team to ensure that the solutions provide a user-friendly and automated experience. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing new functionalities using the platform's no-code features and configuration elements, as well as conducting quality control and testing to ensure that the solutions meet the required standards.

You will document design changes and updates for both internal use and customer reference, helping to create a strong understanding of Caseware's products and solutions. By putting yourself in the customers' shoes, you will contribute to optimizing their experience and ensuring that the solutions align with their needs. You will also collaborate with the product team to keep them updated on development progress, fostering a culture of transparency and teamwork.
