You have a proven track record in solution architecture and implementation, ideally within enterprise software environments. Your experience includes leading deployment projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex solutions to diverse stakeholders effectively.

What you'll do
In this role, you will own the deployment of the Omnea platform, ensuring that key strategic modules, features, and integrations are implemented successfully. You will advise customers on optimal solutions that deliver meaningful value, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various teams, including product, engineering, and customer support, to facilitate smooth deployments.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their procurement processes. Your role will involve continuous improvement efforts, gathering feedback from customers to refine and enhance the platform's capabilities.
