What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the enhancement of Catawiki's AI-powered customer support experience. Your responsibilities will include tuning prompts, conducting user research, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
You will also be responsible for shipping experiments that reduce the need for human intervention while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborating with customer support operations, you will ensure that the end-to-end experience for users is smooth and intuitive. Your role will involve defining success metrics and tracking the performance of the AI support system to ensure it meets user needs effectively.
