What you'll do

As a Customer Success Associate at Celigo, you will play a critical role in driving sustainable and profitable growth. You will work closely with customers to define and document their desired business outcomes, guiding them toward optimal use of the integrator.io platform. Your responsibilities will include establishing regular touchpoints with customers to ensure they are leveraging all subscribed solutions effectively.

You will analyze customer data to understand cohort characteristics and trends, using this information to improve customer health and experience. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams within the organization to advocate for customer needs and ensure their success with the platform.
