Who you are
You have a strong background in human resources, ideally with experience as an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing or operational environment. You thrive in settings where structure is being built and enjoy collaborating with leadership to implement effective HR practices. Your operational discipline and sound judgment enable you to navigate complex employee relations issues effectively.
You are comfortable in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization and can address a broad range of evolving HR and operational needs. Your service-oriented mindset allows you to support employees and managers alike, ensuring that HR policies are consistently applied and understood across the organization. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are skilled at fostering positive employee relations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the on-site HR resource for employees and leaders at the Bridgewater Smart Factory. You will partner closely with site leadership to support a 24/7 operating environment, providing hands-on employee support and coaching to managers. Your responsibilities will include establishing scalable HR practices as the site grows, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
You will balance operational execution with strategic business partnership, working to enhance employee engagement and performance. Your role will involve addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and facilitating training sessions to promote a positive workplace culture. You will also collaborate with other HR team members to implement programs that support employee development and retention.
