Who you are
You are an innovative and highly motivated Service Engineer with a strong background in service maintenance and repair. You thrive in a hands-on role and enjoy working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Your experience includes preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of complex equipment, ideally in a GMP setting. You are prepared to tackle a wide range of challenges as the company expands, demonstrating your adaptability and problem-solving skills.

You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of maintaining high standards in equipment performance and reliability.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on Cellares' process equipment. You will conduct calibrations and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance. Your hands-on approach will be essential as you work directly with the equipment, diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions. You will also be involved in supporting the team during the 2nd shift, ensuring that all service needs are met promptly and efficiently.
You will collaborate with other engineers and technicians to enhance service processes and improve equipment reliability. Your role may involve up to 20% travel to other Cellares locations, including Bridgewater, New Jersey, to provide support as needed. You will play a key role in maintaining the operational integrity of the facility, contributing to the overall success of Cellares' mission.
