Who you are
You have extensive experience in business transformation and process optimization, ideally with a background in SaaS or technology consulting. You are a trusted advisor who excels in translating customer objectives into actionable value assessments and proof-of-value projects. Your ability to engage with multiple senior stakeholders allows you to deliver results that drive long-term partnerships. You are passionate about leveraging AI and data to unlock productivity and enhance business processes.
Desirable
Experience with the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform or similar tools is a plus. You have a strong understanding of value-driven results and are skilled in building business cases and demos that resonate with clients. Your collaborative nature enables you to work effectively with sales teams and partners to achieve shared goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will spearhead the mission of data-driven business transformation for Celonis' customers. You will take full responsibility for the end-to-end value journey, from landing and expanding to adopting and renewing customer engagements. Your responsibilities will include conducting value workshops, building specific business cases, and running proof-of-value projects that demonstrate the impact of the Celonis platform. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and ensure that customers realize significant value from their investments.
You will also engage with various stakeholders across different industries, driving measurable business impact and fostering long-term partnerships. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process optimization, ensuring that you can provide the best advice and solutions to your clients. You will be instrumental in helping customers achieve their strategic goals and realize the full potential of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
