Who you are

You have a strong background in consulting, ideally with experience in process optimization and value engineering. You understand how to translate customer objectives into actionable strategies and have a proven track record of delivering significant value to clients. Your ability to engage with multiple senior stakeholders makes you a trusted advisor in the business transformation journey. You are data-driven and have a passion for leveraging technology to unlock productivity.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex ideas and build strong relationships with clients. Your experience in leading workshops and value assessments demonstrates your capability to drive engagement and foster collaboration. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing client needs while maintaining a focus on delivering results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will spearhead the end-to-end value journey for Celonis customers, ensuring they achieve their strategic goals through the effective use of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for value creation and develop tailored business cases that resonate with clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting value workshops, building demos, and engaging with senior stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships.

You will be responsible for translating customer objectives into value assessments and proof-of-value projects, ensuring that clients can see the tangible benefits of the Celonis platform. Your role will involve driving measurable business impact across various industries, helping clients realize significant value from their investments. You will also play a key role in expanding and renewing customer relationships, ensuring ongoing success and satisfaction.
