Who you are

You have extensive experience in customer transformation, ideally having served in roles such as ETO, CxO, CIO, or GBS leader. Your background includes hands-on experience in enterprise transformations, making you a strategic advisor who understands the intricacies of aligning technology with business processes. You are adept at leveraging AI, data, and intelligence to unlock productivity and drive measurable business outcomes. Your consultative approach allows you to partner effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring that customer needs are met with precision and care.

You possess a strong understanding of the Customer Engagement Model and have experience operationalizing Continuous Improvement Processes. Your ability to collaborate closely with account teams, including Account Executives and Value Engineers, positions you as a pivotal figure in driving transformation process excellence. You are results-oriented, with a focus on achieving industry portfolio ARR growth and improved renewal rates, demonstrating your commitment to delivering value to customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor, guiding customers through their transformation journeys. You will work closely with the SVP of Global Customer Transformation and the EVP of Value Engineering to develop and build the Customer Engagement Model within the organization. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating customer engagements and ensuring that Celonis capabilities are embedded into the customer’s strategic roadmap. You will be instrumental in driving strategy execution and value realization across customer engagements, aligning with the leadership vision to enhance the overall customer experience.

You will also be responsible for measuring performance outcomes, focusing on industry portfolio growth and profitability. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams, including Service Consultants and Global/Regional System Integrators, to ensure that customer needs are met and that transformation processes are executed effectively. You will help shape the future of customer engagement at Celonis, leveraging your expertise to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
