You are a recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Law, or Psychology, ideally with a Master’s in HR Management. You possess a hands-on mentality and are highly reliable, ready to dive into the world of HR and learn from experienced professionals.

You have a keen interest in human resources and are eager to understand various HR functions such as employment contracts, benefits administration, and employee queries. Your academic background has equipped you with the foundational knowledge necessary to thrive in a dynamic HR environment.

What you'll do

As a Working Student in People Operations at Celonis, you will join the HR Service Delivery Team and assist in the preparation of employment contracts globally. You will handle various administrative tasks, including the preparation and amendment of HR documents, and manage new university agreements for onboarding interns and working students.

You will support other teams within the HR Department, such as Payroll and Compliance, ensuring that all employee queries are addressed promptly. Your role will also involve maintaining and updating databases using tools like Workday and Greenhouse, which are essential for managing employee information efficiently.

In addition, you will manage benefits for employees in France, Spain, and Italy, ensuring that all processes are compliant and up to date. You will play a crucial role in the onboarding and offboarding processes, helping to create a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.
