Who you are
You are a motivated individual eager to gain hands-on experience in people operations. As a working student, you are ready to support key initiatives across employer branding, talent acquisition, culture activation, and people operations. You have a keen interest in enhancing candidate experiences and driving internal engagement within a dynamic team.
You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable creating engaging content for social media to promote the employer brand. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of professional interactions with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Your organizational skills will help you plan and execute internal events that celebrate and reinforce the company culture.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with the People team to support the development and execution of the employer branding strategy. You will assist in creating and posting social media content that highlights the company’s values and culture. Additionally, you will strengthen the talent acquisition process by ensuring smooth and engaging interactions with candidates, making their experience as positive as possible.
You will also play a key role in planning and organizing internal events that celebrate the company culture and foster employee engagement. Your contributions will help enhance the overall employee experience and support the company's growth in the industrial AI sector.
