Who you are
You are a motivated individual looking to gain practical experience in People Operations. You have a keen interest in human resources and are eager to learn about administrative processes related to employee management. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help you thrive in this role. You are comfortable communicating with employees and assisting them with their inquiries. You appreciate a diverse workplace and are excited to contribute to a positive team culture.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the point of contact for employees regarding administrative People questions within a defined area. You will assist in creating employment references and maintaining employee data in Personio, including contract adjustments, parental leave requests, sabbaticals, and terminations. You will manage and communicate about the process of employee incapacity and handle specific vacation and change requests. Additionally, you will support the People Operations Manager with various employee-related topics, ensuring smooth operations within the team.
