You have extensive experience in leading industry practices, particularly in Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) — your background includes a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within these sectors. You thrive in high-stakes environments where your strategic vision can drive significant outcomes. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you excel at building relationships with internal teams and external partners alike. You are data-driven and understand how to leverage AI and technology to enhance business processes. Your entrepreneurial spirit allows you to navigate complex challenges and seize opportunities for growth. You are passionate about transforming industries through innovative software solutions and have a proven track record of achieving results.
Desirable
Experience in SaaS environments is a plus, as is familiarity with process intelligence technology. You may have a background in consulting or have worked directly with major Retail and CPG companies, giving you insights into their operational needs and strategic goals. A strong network within the industry can also be beneficial as you engage with clients and partners.
What you'll do
As the Head of Industry - Retail & CPG, you will lead the vision and execution of the Retail & CPG Industry Practice at Celonis. Your role will involve collaborating with go-to-market (GTM), product, AI, and engineering teams to develop and scale software solutions that address critical business challenges. You will be responsible for defining the strategy that aligns with the overall goals of the company while ensuring that the needs of clients are met. You will act as the primary representative for the Retail & CPG industry both internally and externally, fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive success. Your leadership will guide a team of over 100 Celonauts, ensuring that they are aligned with the practice's objectives and empowered to deliver exceptional value to clients. You will also be tasked with scaling outcomes from the account level to the industry level, ensuring that the solutions provided are impactful and transformative.
