You have a strong background in value engineering and sales strategy, with experience in customer-facing roles that require deep engagement with business decision-makers. You excel in facilitating value discovery sessions and have a proven track record of building compelling business cases that resonate with C-suite executives. Your ability to quantify both financial and operational benefits of digital solutions sets you apart as a strategic partner in the sales process.
You are skilled in leveraging value engineering frameworks and resources to assess ROI, and you understand the nuances of working with both Commercial and Enterprise accounts. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to establish consensus among multiple stakeholders and drive strategic business outcomes effectively.
Desirable
Experience in the digital experience solutions space is a plus, as is familiarity with personalization, AI workflows, and automation technologies. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt your approach based on the unique needs of each client engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead customer-facing value discovery sessions, executing strategic value assessments and mutual discovery workshops directly with digital leaders and business decision-makers. You will partner closely with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to accelerate and expand enterprise sales pursuits, ensuring early value alignment and building consensus across stakeholder groups.
Your responsibilities will include creating and delivering compelling value narratives that demonstrate the transformative impact of Contentful's enterprise content platform. You will engage in ROI modeling engagements that highlight the strategic business impact of our solutions, helping clients understand how our offerings can enable their digital transformation objectives.
You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the value propositions are aligned with the overall sales strategy. Your insights will help shape the sales approach and enhance the effectiveness of the sales team in closing deals.
