What you'll do
As a Consulting Manager at Celonis, you will lead a team responsible for deploying our Process Intelligence technology across various industry clusters in North America. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from scoping and proposal creation to delivery and customer engagement management. Your role will involve maximizing services revenue and ensuring that utilization targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards in project delivery.
You will build and nurture relationships with our largest and most strategic customers, ensuring timely and effective deployments that deliver tangible value. Your focus will be on driving measurable business impact and accelerating time to first value for our clients. You will communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that their requirements are met and that they are satisfied with the outcomes.
