What you'll do
As a Services Manager at Celonis, you will lead a team of 5-10 consultants and project managers, guiding them in delivering successful technology deployments across North America. You will be responsible for driving services sales cycles, including project scoping and service proposal creation, ensuring that customer engagement is strong and effective.
You will partner cross-functionally with sales and value engineering teams to support customer engagement efforts — your role will involve frequent communication with stakeholders to ensure that customer requirements are met and that deployments are executed with a focus on quality and timeliness. You will manage a portfolio of projects, building relationships with the largest and most strategic customers in the region.
Your focus will be on maximizing services revenue and ensuring utilization targets are met — you will position and sell the right services, working closely with sales teams to support ACV land and expand motions. You will also be responsible for ensuring that deployments accelerate time to first value and drive measurable business impact.
