You have extensive experience in leading professional services teams, ideally within the High Tech sector, and possess a strong understanding of SaaS business models. Your strategic mindset allows you to create and execute short-term and mid-term plans that align with business objectives, ensuring the growth and efficiency of your services practice.
You excel in managing customer relationships and understand the importance of delivering value through effective services. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and empowers your team of consultants and project managers to achieve their best work. You are adept at balancing operational efficiency with high-quality service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of the High Tech services practice, managing a portfolio of customers and driving the deployment of the Celonis Platform. You will partner closely with sales leadership and value engineering teams to define the go-to-market approach, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
You will be responsible for forecasting and operations, maintaining accountability for resource allocation and ensuring a healthy business unit. Your role will involve representing your sub-region in quarterly business reviews and strategic management forums, where you will present insights and drive discussions on service delivery excellence.
