Celonis is hiring a Manager for NAM Revenue Operations to lead high-impact revenue initiatives and support operational strategy in North America. This role requires collaboration across multiple functions to drive growth.

Who you are

You have a strong background in revenue operations, ideally with experience in a SaaS environment. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making allows you to create effective strategies that align with business goals. You thrive in cross-functional settings, collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive operational excellence. You are comfortable leading initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. Your analytical mindset helps you identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.

Desirable

Experience with AI and data analytics tools is a plus, as you will be leveraging these technologies to optimize revenue operations. Familiarity with Go-To-Market strategies and operational models will help you succeed in this role. You are a proactive communicator, able to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage high-impact revenue initiatives that are critical to the success of Celonis in North America. You will work closely with the VP of North America Revenue Strategy and Operations to develop and implement operational strategies that drive growth. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to inform decision-making, collaborating with various teams to streamline processes, and ensuring that the revenue operations framework supports the overall business objectives. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration and agility within the RevOps team, enabling them to respond quickly to market changes and customer needs.
