You'll collaborate with engineers and designers to create scalable solutions that enhance productivity. This role requires experience in product strategy and AI-driven solutions.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a SaaS environment — you understand how to leverage AI and data to drive product innovation and enhance user experiences. You are skilled in defining product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with business goals while securing buy-in from stakeholders. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers, allows you to translate customer pain points into actionable product features.
You are data-driven and comfortable using analytics to inform your decisions — you can identify key metrics that measure product success and guide your team in achieving them. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with customers to understand their needs and pain points, and you are passionate about creating solutions that deliver measurable value. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve both the product and the processes that support it.
Desirable
Experience with AI and machine learning technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You have a knack for user research and can effectively conduct A/B testing to validate product hypotheses. A background in process intelligence or enterprise applications would be beneficial, as it aligns with the strategic direction of the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the definition of product strategy for the Composable Enterprise Applications team, focusing on creating a framework that empowers users to build applications efficiently. You will partner closely with customers to identify real business problems and define scalable, AI-driven solutions that enhance productivity. Your responsibilities will include crafting a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market trends, and ensuring that the product aligns with the overall business strategy.
You will work collaboratively with a team of Applied AI Engineers, UI developers, and Designers to innovate and improve the product experience. This involves conducting user research, defining user personas, and creating user stories that guide the development process. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking product performance, using data to inform future iterations and enhancements.
As a Product Manager, you will facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on the product vision and goals. You will lead sprint planning sessions, coordinate with engineering teams, and manage the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features. Your role will also involve mentoring junior team members and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
What we offer
At Celonis, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team that is shaping the future of process intelligence. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. You will have the chance to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to a product that has a significant impact on how businesses operate. Join us in our mission to unlock productivity through AI and data-driven solutions.
