What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the technical setup and deployment of Celonis' containerized solutions within enterprise customer environments. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that all technical aspects of the deployment are executed flawlessly. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical assessments of customer infrastructures, designing deployment architectures, and overseeing the integration of Celonis features with existing systems. You will facilitate discussions on user management and authentication, ensuring that all technical barriers to user adoption are addressed. Your role will also involve providing ongoing support and guidance to customers post-deployment, helping them to maximize the value of the Celonis platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve deployment processes and customer engagement strategies, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
