What you'll do

As the Value Engineering Manager for the Orbit Program, you will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and developing a team of early career Value Engineers. You will lead the team in managing the customer value lifecycle, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles. Your leadership will guide the team through the various stages of the Celonis value journey, from initial sales through to value realization and renewal processes.

You will implement training programs that focus on the technology, sales cycle, and best practices for customer engagement. Your role will involve mentoring team members, providing them with the support they need to grow into field-ready professionals within a two-year timeframe. You will also be responsible for fostering a collaborative team culture that promotes employee satisfaction and career development.

In addition to team management, you will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on customer value initiatives. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering value to customers effectively. You will also play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the Value Engineering team, ensuring that it aligns with the overall goals of Celonis.
