You have a strong background in consulting and a deep understanding of process and industry expertise — your analytical skills enable you to uncover core business challenges and provide effective solutions. You excel in building relationships and winning trust through your technical and product knowledge, acting as a trusted advisor to customers. Your experience in managing customer value lifecycles equips you to support various phases of customer engagement effectively.
You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and sharing insights to influence product innovation — your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is a key asset. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are passionate about helping organizations unlock productivity through technology.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with Global Competency Centers in India to support the Adopt and Expand phases of the customer value journey — your primary focus will be on managing customer relationships and ensuring value realization. You will collaborate with customers to identify their business objectives and demonstrate how Celonis can help them achieve these goals. Your role will involve creating reusable collateral and best practices to enhance the customer experience and drive success.
You will also provide support to other regions, including APAC, to establish and cultivate foundational accounts — your insights and feedback will be crucial in shaping product development and innovation. By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to the overall mission of data-driven business transformation at Celonis.
