You are comfortable in a player/coach role, where you can lead by example while also mentoring your team. Your background includes working in SaaS environments, and you have a strong understanding of how to navigate the customer value journey from sales to renewal and expansion. You are a trusted advisor, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.

Desirable

Experience in process intelligence or related technologies is a plus. Familiarity with AI and data-driven decision-making will help you thrive in this role. What you'll do

As a Value Engineering Manager at Celonis, you will lead a team focused on managing the entire customer value lifecycle. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Global Competency Centers in India, ensuring that customers achieve their strategic goals and realize significant value from Celonis solutions. You will work closely with the Celonis GTM Leadership Teams to assist across the end-to-end value journey for all customers within your region.

You will be hands-on with customers and partners, identifying opportunities to deliver value and drive engagement. Your role will involve coaching your team members, helping them develop their skills and capabilities while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. You will also be responsible for tracking customer success metrics and ensuring that your team meets its objectives.

In addition to managing your team, you will engage with the Celonis Executive Team, supporting their interactions with strategic customers and senior stakeholders. Your insights and expertise will be crucial in shaping the customer experience and driving long-term relationships.
