Overview
Censys is hiring a Customer Success Engineer to deliver exceptional service to key customers. You'll assist with product implementation and support, utilizing tools like Jira and Splunk. This role is fully remote within the UK, preferably around London.

Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success or support, with experience in technical environments — you thrive on solving complex problems and ensuring customer satisfaction. You are a product expert who enjoys guiding customers through the implementation and adoption phases, ensuring they maximize the value of the products they use. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build trust and rapport with clients while providing white-glove service. You are familiar with tools like Jira and Splunk, which you use to assist customers effectively. You understand the importance of operational workflows and are adept at helping customers deploy and troubleshoot integrations. You are proactive in providing best practices and insights to enhance customer experience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with the Customer Success organization to deliver a world-class customer experience. You will handle high-volume support requests, ranging from simple inquiries to complex issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. You will guide customers through the deployment and testing of Censys products, helping them integrate solutions such as Cloud Connectors, Splunk, and Jira into their operations. Your role will involve advising customers on best practices to maximize their usage of Censys products, ultimately reducing their time to value. You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, from training to ongoing support, ensuring that no stone is left unturned in addressing their needs. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
