What you'll do

In this role, you will own Censys' social media presence, focusing on platforms that matter most to the security community — you will publish timely and relevant content tied to research, product updates, and emerging threats, ensuring that Censys is a trusted voice in the industry. You will engage with practitioners on Twitter, providing real-time updates and insights during critical security events, while also sharing practitioner updates and product storytelling on LinkedIn.

You will actively participate in discussions on Reddit, particularly in communities like r/netsec and r/cybersecurity, where you will share knowledge and engage with users to foster a sense of community around Censys. Additionally, you will interact with security practitioners in Discord and Slack communities, building relationships that enhance Censys' visibility and credibility.

Your role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure that messaging is consistent and aligned with Censys' goals — you will work closely with researchers and analysts to highlight their work and insights, creating a narrative that showcases the value of Censys' offerings.
