You have strong research and data mining skills, which enable you to gather necessary information quickly and accurately.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing investor request activities, dedicating approximately 80% of your time to this critical function. You will utilize Salesforce to review, action, and track investor requests, ensuring quality and efficiency in your responses. Partnering with client stakeholders, you will gather information needed to provide complete and accurate responses to investors, developing a working knowledge of designated products and their underlying portfolios.

You will manage daily investor interactions, employing high-touch communication to provide visibility and maintain strong relationships. Your project management skills will be essential as you streamline processes and drive efficiencies within the team. You will also be expected to adapt to additional assignments and responsibilities as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the team's success.
