What you'll do

As an Investor Operations Analyst at Fundrise, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Investor Relations team, ensuring that all client-facing interactions are handled efficiently and effectively. You will collaborate with various teams, including Engineering and Product, to enhance the overall investor experience. Your role will involve identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will be responsible for maintaining high service standards while executing core operational tasks, and you will act as a continuous improvement agent, helping to evolve how Fundrise delivers investor services at scale. You will also engage in data analysis to inform decision-making and contribute to strategic initiatives that align with the company's mission.
