What you'll do

As a Consultant at CFGI, you will work as part of a team with other professionals and Big 4 auditors on various engagements. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial information, interviewing client management, and identifying key issues that affect their operations. You will prepare operational due diligence for complex transactions such as acquisitions and divestitures, stock offerings, and IPOs. Additionally, you will focus on accounting projects that involve carving out business units or subsidiaries, integrating with clients' internal staff as a subject matter expert in operational senior accounting tasks. You will also prepare financial and regulatory information in accordance with regulatory requirements and research new accounting standards, process improvements, and implementations. Your role will require you to take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring that you make a true business impact with your clients.
