You are well-versed in preparing financial and regulatory information in accordance with SEC requirements, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all documentation.

What you'll do

As a Consultant at CFGI, you will engage in a variety of projects that require your analytical skills and accounting knowledge. You will prepare operational due diligence reports for complex transactions, ensuring that all financial information is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards. Your role will involve collaborating with Big 4 auditors and client management to identify key issues and develop actionable solutions.

You will take ownership of your projects, managing them from start to finish while maintaining strong communication with clients. This includes participating in meetings, conducting interviews with client management, and writing detailed reports that summarize your findings and recommendations. You will also be involved in research and documentation projects related to new ASC accounting standards, contributing to the firm's knowledge base and best practices.

Your responsibilities will include process improvement projects, where you will implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency within client organizations. You will enjoy the flexibility of working in various environments, whether in the office, remotely, or on-site at client locations, depending on the engagement specifics.
