What you'll do
As a Director at CFGI, you will lead client engagements, taking ownership of projects from start to finish. You will interact with clients' executive teams and auditors, guiding them through complex accounting issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your role will involve driving client deliverables related to financial and regulatory information, particularly during operational due diligence for complex transactions such as IPOs, acquisitions, and divestitures.
You will serve as a subject matter expert on new accounting standards, leading process improvement projects and implementing necessary changes. Your responsibilities will also include developing and managing client relationships, contributing to business development efforts, and ensuring that your team consistently delivers high-quality results.
