What you'll do
As a Director at CFGI, you will take ownership of client engagements, leading operational due diligence for complex transactions such as IPOs, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will interact closely with clients' executive teams and their Big 4 auditors, serving as a subject matter expert on new accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Your role will involve driving client deliverables and ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory information.
You will lead project teams, managing the delivery of high-quality services while fostering strong relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include report writing, business development, and mentoring senior managers and consultants.
