You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to liaise effectively with senior leadership and project teams.

Your analytical mindset helps you evaluate complex cost accounting and inventory processes, ensuring that you can develop robust solutions for your clients. You are familiar with Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) processes and understand how to integrate them with financial planning for enhanced decision-making. Your passion for improving operational performance drives you to deliver best-in-class business partnering support.

Desirable

Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Oracle Hyperion is a plus, as is familiarity with project management methodologies. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy leading workshops to gather requirements and articulate the value of finance transformation solutions.

What you'll do

As the Supply Chain Finance Senior Manager, you will lead and support project teams in delivering a wide range of business transformation initiatives. Your role will involve developing finance and supply chain strategies by diagnosing root problems and recommending approaches that leverage CFGI assets. You will oversee the transformation of cost accounting and inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in month-end closing activities.

You will lead the analysis of material, labor, and overhead variances, as well as inventory reconciliations, to develop key inventory controls. Your ability to communicate clearly with clients will be essential as you document requirements and articulate the business case for various finance transformation solutions. You will also be responsible for delivering quality reports and analyses that support decision-making processes.
