You are familiar with various financial tools and platforms, including Tableau, Power BI, Oracle, Anaplan, and Cognos. Your analytical mindset enables you to evaluate material, labor, and overhead variances, providing valuable insights for decision-making. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with project teams and client leadership to align finance and operations with business strategy.

What you'll do

As a Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will lead and support project teams focused on business transformation initiatives. You will develop and implement finance and supply chain strategies that address client needs and gaps. Your role involves overseeing cost accounting and inventory processes, ensuring that month-end closing activities are completed accurately and on time. You will also evaluate and implement a robust Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) process that integrates with financial planning.

You will conduct analyses of variances and inventory reconciliations, developing key inventory controls to enhance operational performance. Your responsibilities include providing best-in-class business partnering support and delivering quality reports and analyses that inform strategic decisions. You will lead requirement workshops with clients, articulating the value proposition for various finance transformation solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively and document requirements will be crucial in this role.
