What you'll do
In this role, you will primarily support the client's legal entity management function, assisting with the formations, modifications, and liquidations of legal entities. You will manage legal entity information in client databases and complete related system tasks assigned to you or your team. Your responsibilities will include preparing and processing tax forms, such as SS-4, 8832, FATCA, and CRS, and tracking this information in the appropriate databases. You will also prepare bank account opening applications and assist with opening and closing cash accounts, including related Know-Your-Customer (KYC) requests. Additionally, you will support the Account Lead in completing KYC requests by gathering necessary legal entity documents or information, drafting forms, and compiling them for review.
