What you'll do

As the Managing Director, you will spearhead the growth of CFGI’s UK Cybersecurity practice by developing and executing go-to-market strategies. You will build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and career development. Your role will involve serving as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CISOs, and Audit Committees, guiding them on cybersecurity strategy, governance, and compliance. You will oversee the delivery of cybersecurity assessments and remediation efforts, ensuring that client needs are met with excellence. Collaborating with global leadership, you will align UK initiatives with CFGI’s overall cybersecurity strategy, driving market expansion and business growth.
